About how to change the fan, you just need to set it to less than 100% on Cura.
Don't worry we can work this out.

Well yea, activate that options and use something like this (you can change it until you find the correct spot)
BUT MOST IMPORTANT
Your fan cap is not ok installed!
As you can see and compare, your fancap is blowing air DIRECTLY into the Aluminium Heater Block. That's what is making the problem. Is cooling the hotend, instead of shooting air into the print. SO
a) Fix it?
b) Print a fancap like the UMO has like this: https://www.youmagine.com/designs/ultimaker-fanduct-replacement
This WILL remove the problem 100%
Also, if you change the fan cap, you can set the fan setting at 100% at layer 2 like you already had, but I think the settings I left you on the image should work better for most prints.
Edited by GuestI keep scrolling up and down at his photos and the reference one.
How his fan lines up with the heater block looks ok.
That vinyl shroud does direct down but like Neo says, you can print a better one that moves the air around nicer.
No @lepaul his fan is inside the leather fancap, so it's 30mm up from its position and blowing air into the alu block instead of just the print area.
Edited by GuestI fixed this now with the fan. Thank you very much for helping me to solve the problem. After this one I got another one.... The cable from the extruder always goes out of the fixation. I don't know how to solve this, maybe you can help me with this one out too, would be great, I think this is not a great problem.
But thanks again, you were very helpful!
Maybe the grib on the bowden is eroded. Cut 5mm of the bowden and put the bowden clip. It shouldn't pop out after that.
I had one that used to squeak badly, here's the part they suggested....i printed it out and it solved the problem!

This one does not work
Ofc maybe the metal clip that bites the bowden tube is broken after years of use. Is a 1€ piece

What's that for a piece?

That's the white part that clips the bowden. On the UMO feeder is grey. As you can see on the link is very cheap and any Ultimaker reseller has it (I think...).

It works best now, I printed this thing.
