Print Stepping

I have returned to a print I left running overnight (14hrs Approx print time).

The print has 'stepped'. The brim, part of the model and scaffolding printed to approx. 7mm high. Then the next layers started approx. 17mm in the Y axis. This layer built up for a few mm then another step of 7 mm in the Y again. From this point on the print was perfect!!!

Any suggestions?
