Posted · angezeigte Druckzeiten stimmen nicht mit dem tatsächlichen Angaben

Hallo Zusammen,

ich slice meine Bauteile mit Simplify3D. Bei anderen Druckern stimmen die angegebenen Werte mit den tatsächlichen Druckzeiten ziemlich genau.

Bsp.1:

In der Vorschau von Simlify3D werden ca. 7 Std. angezeigt.

Der UM3 Extended zeigt ca. 30 min.

Der Druck benötigt ca. 7 Std.

Bsp.2:

In der Vorschau von Simlify3D werden ca. 5 Std. angezeigt.

Der UM3 Extended fängt garnicht erst an zu drucken.

Im Display wird angezeigt, dass der Ausdruck fertig ist und entnommen werden kann?!

Kennt jemand das Problem?

Am Rande bemerk: Die Ausdrucke sehen richtig gut aus. Es sind fast keine Übergänge der einzelnen Lagen zu sehen. Verwendet habe ich original PLA.

Nächste Woche werde ich die Genauigkeit der gedruckten Objekte überprüfen.

    Hallo Staudi,

    was schreibt denn Simplify3D in die Kopfzeilen am Anfang der gcode-Datei rein? Vielleicht sind einige Angaben nicht korrekt oder fehlen.

    Für Deine beiden Punkte käme da in Frage:

     

    ;;PRINT.TIME: ???;EXTRUDER_TRAIN.0.MATERIAL.VOLUME_USED: ???;EXTRUDER_TRAIN.1.MATERIAL.VOLUME_USED: ???

    Hallo Tinkergnome,

    über das Wochende hatte ich einen größeren Auftrag auf den Drucker gesendet.

    Leider lief der Druck schief - nach ca. 4 cm meint mein UM3 E., dass es jetzt reichen sollte und er aufhören kann. Leider fehlen noch ca 3 cm ;-(((.

    Das Profil hatte ich als Basic genommen und nur die Höhe auf 306 und "Left Extruder Only" geändert.

    Die " ;PRINT.TIME:1920 " steht bei allen G-Codes auf 1920 - soll sicher nicht so sein oder?

    nicht gefunden habe ich:

        Temperature status. During print preparation, the temperatures of the print cores and build plate will be shown on the display. This gives a better indication of the progress and remaining wait time. Save log files in paused state. It is now possible to save the printer's log files to USB if the currently active print job is paused. Previously, the Dump logs to USB option was only enabled if the printer was in idle state. Confirm print removal via Digital Factory. If the printer is connected to the Digital Factory, it is now possible to confirm the removal of a previous print job via the Digital Factory interface. This is useful in situations where the build plate is clear, but the operator forgot to select Confirm removal on the printer’s display. Visit this page for more information about this feature.
