Material accumulating on the top of the Olsson Block coming out around the extruder

I have material accumulating on the top of the olsson block... and eventually it comes around covering the extruder.[/media][/media]

It started when I switched to a different brand of filament. I try to clean it but it doesn't seem to go away.

Any ideas?

Which Feeder do you have, original?

Which ptfe coupler, original?

What material where you printing?

It looks like woodfill if a see that stuff on the top.

In that case it could be that the fibers of the material have clocked up your nozzle.

If the nozzle is stuck enough the pressure will start to push the material out towards the top and this happens.
