Material / Print Core - Unnaccessible

Hi All, for some reason my display panel is not working. I cannot access the material / print core section, and therefore I cannot unclog the printer. This is really frustrating, does anyone know how to fix that menu/display panel options. many thanks!!!

Something is wrong with the encoder. I would contact your reseller and get a new "display board" as soon as possible.

Hi @gr5. Thanks for your answer. This issue was at the beginning of that day. Later, when we tried to use the UM3 again, it was dead. (Post: https://ultimaker.com/en/community/50281-ultimaker-3-wont-boot)

The UM3 is already in the original  box. I will post the final result here - in a few more days- to collaborate with someone in the same situation
