Software stuck

My printer thinks I am in an active print job and will not allow me to abort or pause,

I have already reinstalled the software to no avail.

I am using cura

Please provide some more details.

Does Cura think the printer is in an active print job and you cannot pause or abort from within Cura?

Or do you try to use this from the printer Tune menu?

I've had the exact same issue, it constantly thinks the printer is busy, even though it's not.

What is the exact message that Cura gives you if you do this?

Since updating to the latest beta firmware it isn't happening for me much anymore and I'm on the latest Cura (buggy it seems) - it happened once the other day and I restarted Cura and it was fine
