Cura 2.7 Unable to Slice

Just installed 2.7.0 on Windows 10 but when I load a model It comes up with an error "Unable to Slice" due to a problem with the Retraction Speed. 2.6.2 works fine with the same settings. Any ideas why this should happen and how I can fix it? Retraction Speed is set at the default 25 mm/s.

How about making all the settings visible and then looking to see if any have a red background?

No red backgrounds, not even Retraction Speed but there is a notification box that says unable to slice.

2.7.0 works fine on Ubuntu.
