Posted · Cura 3.1 will not open stl files.

I have been using the Ultimaker for 2 years now.

Nothing except 15.04.6 opens the .stl files I am using as generated by Ashlar Cobalt software.

I get "Invalid file" "Failed to load" error every time with 3.1.

None of the 2. version worked either.

Anyone can help?

    It could be that the software you refer to is using an outdated version of the STL file code. I am not sure how many revisions of the code there have been in the years, but almost all output formats in every type will evolve.

    Would it be possible for you to post a link to a file?
