Cura will not save Gcode to Sandisk

I have used the same 3 san disks to print on Monoprice mini. I use Macbook Pro for Tinkercad and Cura. I make the design off of Tinkercad and Save it as a Gcode on Cura. I save it on a SanDisk and then insert it to the monoprice mini and print. This has never given me problems until now. When I save the Gcode on Cura, it saves fine to Downloads or any laptop file. But when I save it to the sandisk, it "failed to save". I have tried rebooting and otherways to save and nothing works!! HELP!!

Assuming you are using an SD card, did you check if the write-protect switch on the SanDisk card accidentally got switched to the protect position? This can happen sometimes without realizing it.
