Cura 3.1 will not install MacBook Air 10.13.2

Recommended Posts

I have a freshly formatted drive and fresh install of MacOS 10.13.2 and when I attempt to install the cure dmg (Ultimaker Cura-3.1.0-Darwin.dmg) the install starts, the Cure icon bounces on the dock then it just closes with no errors and no install.

At a loss of what to do from here as I don't see any posted or site that address my scenario.  Would love some help as I picked up this MacBook specifically to run the 3D printer.

    • "Back To The Future" using Generative Design & Investment Casting
Designing for light-weight parts is becoming more important, and I’m a firm believer in the need to produce lighter weight, less over-engineered parts for the future. This is for sustainability reasons because we need to be using less raw materials and, in things like transportation, it impacts the energy usage of the product during it’s service life.
