Manual Add Support Material

Is there any way in Cura to add support material manually? I am on Version 3.1

Not yet.  But there is mesh mixer which lets you click on a spot to add a support and then click and drag to connect supports and delete supports and so on.  It makes it pretty easy to do minimal, effective support:
