Problem Adding Post Processing Modify G-Code script

This may duplicate material already discussed - could not fing anything under "add extension script"

 

Attempting to add a post processing extension script under modify G-Code

 

configuration Windows 10 X64

Cura 3.2.1

Monoprice Mini V2

 

added .py script from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1298948   VaryTempWithHeightCura3.py

to allow variation of extruder temperature with heght.

Placed it in C:\Program Files\Ultimaker Cura 3.0\plugins\PostProcessingPlugin\scripts\

 

Started Cura against an .stl file.

when model shown clicked Extensions-Post Processing-Modify G-Code

Got Post Processing Scripts Window

clicked Add Script

My new script is not displayed in list

 

What am I doing wrong?

Well, if you are running Cura 3.2.1, I would say that you should use C:\Program Files\Ultimaker Cura 3.2 instead of \Ultimaker Cura 3.0.

But the better place to put the script is in the configuration folder. In Cura go to Help -> Show configuration folder. In the folder that opens, there will be a folder named "scripts". Put your script in there.

The file "cura.log" in the configuration folder should contain appropriate error messages (or warning), if a script can not be loaded.
