cura 3.3.1 slicing problem

I am trying to print 3dlabprint test piece.  When i slice in cura the piece looks fine, but when it prints it prints the outer shell without any of the intricate internal support structure.  What am I not doing or not doing right?

The model is not well-suited for 3d printing (yes, I know, they are specifically sold for that purpose)

 

Use the search on top of the Custom sidebar to change the following settings:

 

Union overlapping volumes: unchecked
Merged meshes overlap: 0

Appears to be working, 10 min, into print.  Thanks.  I don't think I would have found solution on my own.

Tell 3dprintlab about it. They should update their instructions (or fix their models)
