Extruder doesn't go low enough at the start of the print!

As the title says. How would I do this? The default gcode file that came with it prints perfectly fine. But any print I try starts too high.

It would be nice if you give the 2 gcode files, the default one and one you sliced with Cura, just to see what Z coordinate are set in both files at the beginning

 

Your printer has an auto leveling at the beginning, did you correctly check it in the case you're slicing with cura?
