Ultimaker 3, XY-Blocks faulty

Hi

 

At my Ultimaker 3, all XY-Blockes have small cracks as in the Photo shown. Are there some spare parts or an stl-File to print?

You can contact you reseller for this. These parts came with the first Ultimaker 3 printers and had an issue with strength (as you see).

 

I would think these should be replaced by your reseller without cost for you. 

 

The spare part is called sliding block half (and needs two to make a sliding block).

Hopefully you bought from Dim3nsioneer.  They have awesome support.  You will almost surely get free replacements for all 4 blocks.
