UMO disalignment

I print the 3D model 

but coming out like this (the z axis not go straight up)

 

anyone know now where can I fix this issue?

This is super common with the UMO.  Did you assemble it yourself?  Did you get some spare set screws?  Mine came with black set screws in each pulley but it also came with a second set of set screws with a sharper point that are better.  I still haven't used the better ones - instead I just tightened the hell out of all the pulley set screws.  There are 12 of them but you appear to be having issues with just the X axis so tighten those 6 screws (not four!  six!).  Especially the one on the motor.

 

If you don't believe this is the problem I can prove it by having you mark the pulley and the shaft with a sharpie and then print something and then check again and you will see the pulleys are slipping on the shaft.

 

Tighten it so tight you are scared you are going to break something.  Quite tight.

Say @gr5, speaking of the UMO.  Any thought of you or your partners putting together a heated bed kit, now that Ultimaker no longer makes one?

 

I know there are options out of Asia, but frankly, so hit and miss, perhaps others like me would prefer to pay a premium and get something trustworthy.

Yes

I find the screw need to be tightened 

i upgraded to cura 3.5

 

and now have another issue

 

the print head always z axis higher then print bed about 10 mm 

and it print on the air....

By the way, there should be no gap here.  maybe it's because of the other 3 screws (a 4 screw leveling system is bad - 3 screws is better).
