Cura 3.5.1 missing plugins menu and the ability to change filament diameter

Hello, I updated Cura from 3.3.1 to 3.5.1 and suddenly the plugins menu disappeared along with the filament diameter setting under the Material menu.

I read somewhere that the filament diameter is moved to the machine settings but I couldn't find it there either.

Please help?

Got it, thank you! I think this setting should have remained in the Material menu, dimensional tolerance is a real thing.

Note that the Printer Settings category is only available if you install the "Printer Settings" plugin from the toolbox. Also note that the "Toolbox" has replaced the plugins menu.

In 3.6 I installed a Pause at Z plugin but I can find neither Plugins nor Toolbox to use it.

It is now called Marketplace. It will probably have another name in a version or two...

Oh sure, keep changing it so we can't find it when following tutorials. 😛

Looked in Marketplace but still can't find the installed Pause at Z plugin (yes, I restarted after installing).

Pause at Z is not a plugin, but a postprocessing script. Pause at Z can be found in Extensions -> Post Processing -> change G-code (Add Script button)
