Posted · Can’t Remove PrintCore AA 0.4

Hi. The PrintCore AA 0.4 on my Ultimaker has not been extruding PLA for the past few weeks. Today, someone tried to print and the PrintCore became clogged with globs of solid PLA material. I want to remove the PrintCore for cleaning now. But I can’t pull out the PrintCore. Is there any other solution to remove the PrintCore or get rid of the globs of solid PLA? Thank you.
