Auto level bed while heating extruder

Hello, I would want to make my printer heat the extruder whiles levelling the bed. The problem I have that if I write "M109 S200 " in the start Gcode after the G29 command nothing will happen since cura already heats the extruder/ bed before running the start Gcode. I have somewhat fixed it by setting the initial layer temp of the extruder to 50 degrees, so the printer first heats the extruder to 50 degrees then needs to wait for it to stabilize, then runs the start Gcode with the G29 followed by an M109 command. Even though this works it isn't exactly good since I need to wait for it to stabilize at 50 degrees. It is also annoying needing to change the temperature in the start Gcode instead of in the normal settings. So is there any way to remove the M109 command in the pre-prestart gcode so that it triggers after the G29 command? Thanks in advance!

Note that Cura *only* adds its own preheating before the start g-code if it does not see {material_print_temperature} or {material_print_temperature_layer_0} in your start g-code snippet. If you use those strings instead of hardcoding a value, Cura will not have to add its own preheat sequence.
