I don't think you will find quality PLA at Amazon or eBay. Maybe US Amazon, but in Europe, you don't get a useful brand there.
I have good experiences with Ultimaker, colorFabb, Fillamentum, Innofil3D but there are a lot more brands which produce good quality.

It depends what country you live in. If you want the best quality and you are in USA get colorfab from printedsolid.com.
