I left UM for several days unused, I just turned few minutes ago, start print and suddenly I can hear sound and then X/Y start missing steps (like by huge M as both axis locked)...

I can't move it by hand (unless I use a lot of force). I haven't done with it ANYTHING, it just happened after several days of non using...

I can't see what is wrong, belts looks fine, looks like motors are just locked...

Any help with it ?

When the motors are energized, the head will usually be pretty hard to move by hand. I think that the steppers are explicitly released at the end of a print, or after 60s of inactivity by default. Perhaps that release isn't happening now for some reason? Is it also hard to move when the printer is powered off?

I agree with illuminarti's take on this. Before trying to fix this any more, determine the cause of the lock-up by disconnecting the belts from the sliding blocks. Then try to move them. I think the rest is obvious. Hope this helps.

Did you determine whether or not it is the stepper motors or something of the kind that is your problem yet?
