Probably shows up in layer view?

No, I've tried it. Seems like it's doesn't work in the v. 3.6

What do you mean but the moderator's reaction could be better?

I mean that such a thing could be approved by moderator a bit faster that an hour (attached picture). But probably I should take into account that you have a deep evening now. Sorry for that.

Any way, I have installed Cura 4.0 Beta, and it works greit.

    1) It works fine for me in 3.6.  You have to "prepare" the part first (slice it).

    2) "your content will need to be approved" - all new members get that for the first 3 posts or so.  We get a lot of spammers posting ads for thing like drugs and sex.  Every day.   Every.  Day.  I hate it.  I hate spammers.  I hate spam.  Spam causes me so much grief every day.  The biggest problem is I have trouble sending emails to certain people and certain people have trouble sending emails to me.  Because spam blockers are so aggressive.  Because spammers are so aggressive.

So don't hate the moderators.  Hate the spammers.

    Hi guys,
    1) After slicing I got the vertikal slider (layers), but still haven't the horizontal one (extruder path animation). I uninstalled v 3.6 yesterday, and installed v 4.0 Beta.

Great work with the adaptive layers function by the way! Do you have some plans to try "surface ironing function" by hot nozzle without plastic feeding?

    2) Forum moderation – that is fine! I understand. It's became even more irritating now (and probably dangerous for some people) when they spammers are ringing on your phone and suggesting "to fix" your computer, as if they are from Windows department. Disgusting.

It will be great if you can just remove this "first 3 post quarantine" from me 😃 Many thanx!

      • S-Line Firmware 8.3.0 was released Nov. 20th on the "Latest" firmware branch.
(Sorry, was out of office when this released)

        This update is for...
        All UltiMaker S series
        New features

Temperature status. During print preparation, the temperatures of the print cores and build plate will be shown on the display. This gives a better indication of the progress and remaining wait time. Save log files in paused state. It is now possible to save the printer's log files to USB if the currently active print job is paused. Previously, the Dump logs to USB option was only enabled if the printer was in idle state. Confirm print removal via Digital Factory. If the printer is connected to the Digital Factory, it is now possible to confirm the removal of a previous print job via the Digital Factory interface. This is useful in situations where the build plate is clear, but the operator forgot to select Confirm removal on the printer’s display. Visit this page for more information about this feature.
