Posted · Ultimaker out of material, when it's not

Hi everyone

I've been having issues with my ultimaker S5 saying it's out of material, when it's not. I have looked into the issue by:
1. Changing printcores

2. Changing filament type

3. Cleaning nozzles

4. Cleaning motors on the back

I still can't seem to fix the issue, has anyone been having the same problems?

Hope that someone can help me fix this problem.

Have you checked the tension on the filament on the feeder? You might need to adjust it so it grips tighter (adjust via the screw on top of the feeder) The filament should have some small marks in it where its getting gripped and pushed, it the tension is wrong it can slip and you will find you will have bits of filament missing where its slipped and eat away.
