Cura 4.40 Align face to build plate

Hello,

 

I started using Cura 4.40 and have a strange problem  I don't have the option to align surface to build plate.  I tried the software on a different computer and I also lost the ability to rotate the object using the red, green, and blue rings around the object.

 

Can anyone help?

This feature is only available on computers with a GPU that supports OpenGL 4.1 or newer.
