I'm not 100% sure as I never tried it... But having worked with an UMO and an UM2 I think the thread is the same diameter, so you will be able to screw and UM2+ nozzle into an UMO+ heater block. But I am not sure if the thread of both nozzle is the same lenght... I one is to short you will get a big mess with melted plastic were it souldn't be.
I would advise you tu send an e-mail to your local resseller to ask him.
If you are in Switzerland @Dim3nsioneer sells UMO nozzles on his webshop. I could also check if I have some laying around as I now use an e3d V6 hotend.

I'm not 100% sure as I never tried it... But having worked with an UMO and an UM2 I think the thread is the same diameter, so you will be able to screw and UM2+ nozzle into an UMO+ heater block.
