3D Software general question

Hello. I just finished compiling Cura and its deps from source. Great software!

I have a complete 3D printing newbie question (sorry): Considering Cura dependencies (PyQt5, UM, etc...), is there any software relying on these libraries/softwares that can do the same than, let's say, Tinkercad? (I guess you'd call it a modelling software). What I mean is a software able to design a 3D shape?

Thank you for reading this!

Cheers
