im already on 5 speed on cura, yes the photo shows the top layer, should a force to add like 2 top layers on the slicer?

Oh yeah. We call that pillowing. You need more cooling or slow down or more top layers. Or a combination of all 3.
google for pillowing and 3d printing and you'll see other examples and discussion.
Or you can limit your search to ultimaker forum by putting this into google:

Is the top photo showing the top layer? Is the part supposed to be
a) solid or is it supposed to be
b) have interesting geometric holes on top
??
If A then this is called "pillowing" and is solved with better cooling (more fan) but if that's not an option for you then you can also just print a bit slower (try half speed) and also add more top layers.
