Per Model Settings - Retraction and Temperature

Is there a way to change the retraction or temp settings for individual objects on the print bed? For Print Sequence I have print 'One at a Time' selected, but in the Per Model Custom Settings no options are available for travel or cooling.. is there a trick I am missing to get those options to show up? I am trying to print a handful of retraction calibration models on the same print but with different settings.
