Newbie needs help slicing

I'm just about a total newbie to 3D printing.  A friend loaned me his Replicator clone and I've successfully used it to print a few things but I'm stymied with this object.  The object is a mask fitter to help a surgical mask fit better. (See https://bellus3d.com/solutions/facemask.html)

When I drop the STL file into Cura it creates lots of supports and they don't break off cleanly.  Isn't there another way?  I'm open to any and all suggestions!

Thanks!
