There are several ways that plugins can be installed. The easiest is to install it from the Cura marketplace dialog.

Thanks! I have figured out how to install the plugin and yes it says that the model is not watertight. I have used one of the open instruments to fix my model automatically and it did fix it. But still, I don't know what I did wrong in the first place, because I have looked everywhere and didn't find where it is broken.

It's probably because the model isn't watertight. Install the mesh tools plugin from the marketplace to get these warnings...
