I have manually leveled the printer. I just started the XY offset calibration and it was printing off the bed again. It also stopped after a bit and said the difference between the print cores exceeds realistic values.
The XY calibration just ended with nothing on the buildplate. The printcores kept to the outside of the bed on both sides.

Hello,
The printer dumping a few strands of filament next to the bed at the beginning and end of a print is normal. I think it only does this when the Material Station is attached, so you may not have seen it before.
A blob of plastic stuck to a nozzle or the bed can cause the error about the difference between print cores as it can mess up the height measurements. A poorly seated print core may also cause this problem.
Kind regards,
Dennis

Hello
The behavior of your 3D printer is normal. With Material Station, it behaves differently during initialization.
Please check if the 3D printer actually switches the printer cores. There is a lever on the right side of the print head.
It is operated for this purpose. You can see this at startup.
If it does not, this function can be calibrated.
Try this. https://support.ultimaker.com/hc/en-us/articles/360011474120-Lift-switch-calibration
Without this calibration the others are not feasible.
Many greetings
Christian

Hi, welcome to the community! Have you run through all calibration processes? Have you done a manual level first?
