Support not working?!

I don´t find anything about this, but is the Support option working? I´m using latest OS X Version and turn on the Support, but Cura doesn´t show me any support material. However "Touching buildplate" or "Everywhere".

Anybody a hint for me?

The support doesn't show up in the 3D view of the part - you need to change to the layers view to see it. But then you should see it (it shows up as blue lines, iirc). The positioning of the support will depend on the overhang angle of the print, so there might be less than you expect.

you can view the supports if you change the visual style from normal to layers
