The material you use in Cura to slice your object has to match the material you load on your S5. Also the color if you use UM filament.
So when the printer comes up with a message to load UM TPLA black, then load a black spool and let the printer detect the spool via the NFC chip. If you choose manually any other material then you need to choose the generic material in Cura.
