Print Speeds Incorrect, not following settings

Hello, we are trying to set our print speed to 100mm/s but for some reason it slows down greatly after the first layer. Any ideas why?

We are using some very custom settings such as a 5mm nozzle, but we don't think the should be affecting the speeds.

Look at the setting "minimum layer time".  It defaults to 5 seconds so it's going to cap the speed at a pretty slow speed.  This is to allow the layer below to fully cool before printing the next layer above.  Violating this by too much will result in prints that look like they melted a bit.
