How about an answer. How do we add the Sunlu S8 to the program, since it is not in the setup list of printers?

Perhaps you should ask Sunlu for an answer? They are giving you (and Cura) incomplete information, by only giving you a .curaprofile. All I can give you as an answer is that they want you to add a "Custom FFF Printer", enter the right dimensions, and then in the Profiles pane of the preferences import the .curaprofile (with the "Import" button). Where to get the dimensions for the Custom FFF Printer, only Sunlu knows.
I bought my Sunlu T3 as part of a promo where I needed to contact them directly. Super helpful people TBH, but below is what their recommendation for a slicer profile.
"For the slicer profile, this is what a friend tell me : What has always worked for me: I just set up new printers with a generic "Creality Ender 3" profile. I check to make sure the bed size is the same (example 220x220x250) and that is fine 99% of the time."
I just got my sunlu S8 printer for the ultimaker cura. I added my printer as the Creality CR-10 profile and then adjusted the printer settings to match my printer X (310mm) Y (310mm) Z (400mm).

It's not. A cura profile never contains information about the machine.
What they gave you is one single custom profile.
