Problem with Lotmaxx Cura version

I have a new Lotmaxx Shark. I have loaded the version of Cura provided by Lotmaxx. After slicing I try to Save to Removable Drive but it errors with "Could not save to G:LLC_Letter_Plate.gcode: name 'enable count' is not defined.

 

What does this mean and how do I clear this ?

How long does that take I have a Cura problem that is making printing impossible.

Best is to ask the Lotmaxx support or community. Cura is open source and many vendors fork it for their own version. We can help here only when you use the Ultimaker Cura, because we don't know the other versions.
