S5 issue lowering second nozzle.

Hello Everyone,

I am having a weird issue for a while now, with our company S5 pro bundle.

It has been 2 weeks that the printer fails to start 9 out of 10 times. Always get the error, that there is too big of a difference between the 2 nozzle.

I realized that most of the times, the printer fails to lower/raise the 2nd hot end before probing the bed.

I think it works ok to raise it ( pushing the lever on the back) But it fails to lower it ( pulling the lever in front position).

It fails because it doesn't go exactly at the right position to do the switch, it's a few mm away.

Now I have to stay during the whole heating and probing sequence to manually switch the hot end to the right position guessing what was the printer intention....

I upgraded today to the latest 5.8.2 firmware, with no change...

The white bracket seems to be on the same place it has always been... and the homing switches seems ok as well...

I am kind of desperate, and need your help.

Any one have the same issue?

I will try to get a video...
