Material retracting S5 Bundle

I am now unable to load material into the second head. 

 

The PVA goes through the flow meter by about about 100m then immediately unloads right back into the material station then error codes ER 52 and ER63

 

I have swapped the flow sensors from head 1 to 2 and disabled them in the software but no luck.

 

I give up!

Have you read and followed these instructions?

I don't think the problem lies with your flow sensor, but that their is either a broken piece of PVA in the bowden tube somewhere, or the tip is not straight or pointy, and can not find its way through the decoupler and gets stuck.

The material is going 300mm past the decoupler and halfway up the printer back before retracting.

 

The tube is definately not blocked I'm afraid

My apologies. It was blocked. Schoolboy error, trying to over complicate the solution
