Ultimaker S5 won't power up

My S5 recently finished a successful print. I have come back to the machine with a black screen. I have tried cycling the power, the print head fan spins for about a second then all switches off. The screen never displays anything.

Hello, is the power cable properly connected and firmly inserted? If the display doesn't show anything at all after you power it on, or if it powers off again, I would get in touch with your reseller. Good luck!

Tried removing and reconnecting the power, but still get the same result.

I have the exact same issue. When I returned to the office this morning, a black screen and now I cannot get it to properly start up again. It just shows the Ultimaker S5 logo. 

 

Any solution to this?

 

My machine is running the most resent stable firmware. 7.0.3 I believe.

Hey @Manie,

 

I have seen some cases where the printer is stuck on the logo after installing a firmware update.

Turning the printer off, waiting 20 seconds and turning it back ib agaub almost always resolves it. 

If that doesn't work there might be a broken part.
