Posted (edited) · Round objects slicing (cw/ccw changing, keep line speed, cylinder optimization)

Hi All Cura-Guru !

Problem #1

How to tune Cura (4.8.0) to keep printing direction when print cylinder?
The half of the infills and inner shell it prints CW and the other half and outer shell is CCW

It changes on a middle (see pictures)

Problem #2
It is the speed - each round it prints "separately" (not smoothly) - it down the speed at the end of the line and start to run next line, and I would like to force it move seamless in the meaning of speed (keeping speed). Here I disabled all speed-tune features like Acceleration and Jerk control, but with no effect

I'm working with CoPET

My Project attached (DuctAdapter.3mf)

Key points on my mind:

+ Optimize Wall Printing Order

= Z Seam Alignment: User Specified

= Z Seam X: -100

= Z Seam Y: 100

= Seam Corner Preference: None

! No infill but perimeters enough to fill entire wall

= Wall Line Count: 3

+ Equalize Filament Flow

- Enable Acceleration Control

- Enable Jerk Control

- Enable Retract

- Enable Coasting (no coasting)

what else ?

I'm not a Cura beginner but I need assistance, I have no more ideas to try
