Posted · All my settings disappeared

I was trying to add a bed mesh model so I renamed two of those .json definition files. Then restarted cura and it crashed and the first time set up guide pops up and I have to login and add a printer and so on. All printers and profiles are gone.

I reverted the files I played around with but I'm still stuck. How do I get my stuff back? 😞 😞 😞

Maybe make a backup using the settings backup extension if you do a lot of customizing.

But in general, you should probably avoid manually changing files around.

People will probably not be able to help since you've renamed files. The only suggestion I'd have is to rename them back. :edit: But you say you've already reverted the files. That doesn't seem possible to not fix it if you reverted both the names and the content to prior working versions. Make sure the program is closed when you revert files.
