mise à jour firmware S5

je n'ai pas mis à jour le firmware depuis des lustres.

je viens de mettre sur une clé le firmware "rootfs-5.1.94.20190425.tar.xz" et "rootfs-5.1.94.20190425.tar.xz.sig"

pour pouvoir mettre le firmware "um-update-6.3.0-R1.swu"

 

avec le fichier "rootfs 5.1.94 ......" cela fait 24h que l'imprimante affiche "ne pas étendre" mise à jour en cours "

je sens bien que ce n'est pas normal, mais quelle procédure adopter maintenant?

éteindre et voir si elle redémarre? 

 

qui a déjà rencontré ce problème?
