Cura 4.9.1 will not open, it gives a NSIS error

I just downloaded Cura 4.9.1 it will not open, it gives a NSIS error. I am running win 10 64bit.

Is this a problem with the downloaded file or my system.

Hi @dancot323 does this error appear in the installer? Or when opening Cura?

What is the error message? We really can't tell what is going on without you being more specific.
