Hi!

I want to buy an ultimaker 2 for personal use, so I want to buy as a person not through a company. The problem I have is I am from Spain, and on this web you guys ask me for my International Vat Number, which I can't get if I am not a company....So...please..is there a way to buy your product for personal use??

    Imakr in UK told me today that they could possibly send me a U2 on Tuesday, but instead of €1895 euros it would be €2435.50 :(. Hmmmm should I?

    The difference could be with and without VAT perhaps. The price shown in the Ultimaker shop is ex VAT.

    imakr's £1999 without the VAT is £1666, or €2029. That's only €134 more.

    Now how much is the carriage from each.

    Ive convinced myself to buy it when I get home laters..as a valentines treat to myself haha... the g/f got £15 worth of roses lol, i`ll print them next year :p

        New features
         
        Temperature status. During print preparation, the temperatures of the print cores and build plate will be shown on the display. This gives a better indication of the progress and remaining wait time. Save log files in paused state. It is now possible to save the printer's log files to USB if the currently active print job is paused. Previously, the Dump logs to USB option was only enabled if the printer was in idle state. Confirm print removal via Digital Factory. If the printer is connected to the Digital Factory, it is now possible to confirm the removal of a previous print job via the Digital Factory interface. This is useful in situations where the build plate is clear, but the operator forgot to select Confirm removal on the printer’s display. Visit this page for more information about this feature.
