Straight lines are broken into smaller collinear segments

Hi!

I'm experimenting printing wings for an RC airplane. I designed them in Fusion 360 as surfaces (with an internal structure) and slicing them in Cura using Surface Mode: Surface.

I noticed that some straight line (at least they are supposed to be straight) are broken into smaller collinear segment, in other words, they have, for example, 3 starts along the path.

I could reproduce the issue using WINGTEST_p3.stl from Planeprint. In the attached screenshot, the lines which are part of the internal structure have several start points.

shouldn't they have one start point?

Could you help understanding this behavior?

Thanks, Mariano.
