I have no experience with them, but it is probably also true here that you get what you pay for. With luck they fit into the slot and you don't damage your printer board. With more luck they actually extrude something. But even if they work, the will not last as long as on original part.
With all respect to cost savings, but when I spend a lot of money to buy an Ultimaker printer and I would not use Chinese print cores to save some bucks.
