I did the cleaning procedure for print core #2 on an S5. When I performed the cold pull the keeper for the bowden tube came out. After putting it back togther the lift switch won't lock in the forward position with the bowden tube in place and I get the error that the detected difference between the print heads exceeds realistic values and the printer stops.

Have you tried to remove the collet and put it back, maybe that helps?

If not here is a video of disassembling the print head, maybe it helps to find the problem.

I put it back in and the bowden tube will lock in place but if it is in place the lift switch won't lift the extruder #2 and lock in the forward position. There may be a small tube that goes under the keeper but I can't find a parts diagram to show how it is assembled. Extruder #1 looks as though it has a small tube under the keeper that isn't on #2.
