Posted · Ultimaker 3 camera doesn't work on Cura

Hello,

Last week I just update the firmware 5.2.17 and  I found that the camera couldn't show on Cura.

I tried 【http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:8080/?action=stream 】and the camera could show on browser.
Besides I can used remote printing via internet cable .It means that the network is fine.
So,what happened to this problem?  Does it relate to software?I have tried Cura 4.10 and Cura 4.2.1.
 How to solve it?

 Thanks for viewing

We fixed a bug where manual selecting the camera stream was broken because the URL was invalid, perhaps this fix introduced a Cura problem. I'm on holiday now but will check next week.

@lavi I asked around and there are two ways for connecting your printer to Cura:

    1. You can use the printer over your local LAN connection, previously known as Cura Connect and then the camera view in Cura does work.
    2. When you activate the global internet monitoring, known as Digital Factory, then the camera view in Cura doesn't work (yet). You can click on the link button which opens the web page, and there you can monitor the camera from all over the world. This is one of those things that sounds like a simple feature but is difficult to implement and for now other work gets priority over fixing this.
