I find it hard to distinguish from the clip but a few things that come to mind that can be generating some noice/sounds; did you check if none of the belts rub onto any of the pulleys? Are the rods aligned? And is the noice mostly in either X or Y? Sometimes when one of the bearings inside the head needs to be replaced you can also a bit of a sandy/grindy sound. Hope this helps!
