Printing from digital factory library

Hi,

I've tried printing from the library to my S5 a couple times the past few days. Its strange, the printer prints the part fine but it doesn't show status as "printing" but is still "available". This is both on the cloud page and when accessing via the LAN directly.

Also, it is printing with the lights off (they are normally on when submitting a print job any other way).

Any ideas? I'm on firmware 6.5.1.0  .

Thanks!

    Hi,

Could you export the printer's log files to a USB drive and upload them here or send them to me in a private message? Then I can help you figure out what's going on with your printer.

    Chris

    Hi,

Actually, the issue isn't just on digital factory. It also happened on a new job from cura upon "print to cloud". In this case, the printer is printing the job, it says the job was finished already (in both the printer's web page and digital factory), and the printer shows as available (even though it is printing).

I've tried power cycling and am running current firmware. We don't have this issue on the S5 sitting next to this one.

Weird. Sending log files via PM.

    Thanks.
